about boring ' apport-gpu-error-intel.py '

about boring ' apport-gpu-error-intel.py '

My machine is ubuntu 12.04 amd64, cpu i5-2450M, kernel 3.2.0-43-generic.
Now apport-gpu-error-intel.py error frequently pops up, sometimes makes machine dead.
I see all the posts about it in Askubuntu and try methods on them, all fail. The problem still exits.
Today I install 12.04.1 freshly on another partition and update kernel to 3.20-43-generic. In the new system , I find no apport-gpu-error-intel.py error. In 'system settings' -> 'Details' , I find 'Graphics' is Unknown. But I have installed xserver-xorg-video-intel.
In my original ubuntu which has apport-gpu-error-intel.py error, it displays my Graphics correctly in 'System Settings' -> 'Details' .
What is the matter?
