how to resolve index files error on 13.04
i just installed 13.04 and now trying to install apache web server but it keeps returning an error that says unable to fetch some archives. when i run sudo apt-get update, i get this;
W: Failed to fetch http://ng.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/raring-backports/universe/i18n/Translation-en_NG Something wicked happened resolving 'ng.archive.ubuntu.com:http' (-11 - System error)
